Scope

We do not provide support or documentation for product integration into and usage with third party platforms like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Adobe Dreamweaver, etc. We do not do any kind of customisations. However, we can try to point you in the right direction if it is something simple.

While we aim to make our products very compatible, we cannot guarantee compatibility with other plugins and code.

Timeframe

We do not provide support during weekends. Depending on the nature of the issue, it can take up several business days before we get back to you.
